Lodge

Lodge represents old times when the food was sourced from hunters and farmers and cooked over a hardwood fire. Though times have changed the atmosphere here is still the same.

Founders of the Lodge restaurant were inspired by series of diners which appeared during the 19th century. The idea was to serve simple and at the same time comfortable meals using the finest and freshest ingredients brought by local farmers and hunters. Hardwood fire was used not only for cozy atmosphere but also for cooking all those delicious meals.

This is why every Lodge visitor is able to feel that spirit and atmosphere from the past right here in modern New York. Special wood from Adirondack lot was used. The venue has its own grocery combined with a market café for all fans of organic food which is locally produced. All ingredients for local meals are originally grown by the Lodge staff. Visitors will also benefit from a selection of traditional black stouts, IPAs, wines and more.
