Pierogi Gallery couldn't be located in a more of an art scene even if it tried. An area in Brooklyn with such an intense amount of artists of all types just screaming for galleries to emerge.
Pierogi features works of both artists who just make their first steps into the art scene of the New York City and aspired artists already known to the public.
There are not so many places that will constantly work on giving the artists an opportunity to present the art if its size is more than the gallery can manage. Yet Pierogi's execs think it's worth the effort. In 2009, the Boiler was opened, a satellite exhibition space where mount-large art can be presented. What a news for those who refuse to set any limits for creating art.
