When you use macro you are taking a picture of something that people do not usually see. it can easily suck you in, as it is, after all, a bit like discovering a whole new world.
Like any other photography style, macro has its little ticks and tricks that will make your life difficult and very easy, respectively. This course will serve as an introduction to both.
Today's cameras will often allow you to simply choose macro mode, but the problem with that is that often this will cut off access to other settings, like aperture and shutter speed. This course will teach you how to get out of this trap and what settings to actually use for macro. You will also find out what kind of special equipment you might need.
Basics of Digital Photography is a prerequisite for this course: to do macro, you need to have a basic understanding of photography theory.
