The Brooks Atkinson Theatre

A Broadway venue with a long history and very nice reputation is still standing high among the virtuosos.

Are you the owner of this place?

This theatre has undergone a certain number of developments before it became the venue that we know and that we get used to see. First, it was named the Mansfield Theatre just after the foundation in 1926. After some years of success and the following disuse, the theatre was transformed into CBS Studio 59, a host to the long-running panel shows I've Got a Secret and What's My Line?

And only in the 60s the Brooks Atkinson Theatre obtains its today’s appearance: with décor by EverGreene Architectural Art and 1,069 seats.

That’s a house of an intelligent dramatic art, featuring an impressive list of dramas and comedies starring such celebrities as Derek Jacobi, Marisa Tomei, Nathan Lane, Kevin Spacey, Matthew Broderick and many others.
