As one of the largest parks in Queens, Cunningham Park covers a massive 358 acres! Situated between the Grand Central Parkway and the Long Island Expressway, the park caters for a multitude of entertainment including athletic leagues, barbecuing areas, free Shakespearean performances, movies under the stars, family camping, concerts and much, much more.

Throughout the northern areas of the park you’ll find numerous mountain bike trails which are clearly signed for the expertise levels, ranging from beginners to advanced. You can go biking along the historical Vanderbilt Motor Parkway and follow it eastwards to Alley Pond Park. If cycling’s not your favorite pastime, why not venture along one of the many hiking trails. There are numerous courts if you’re feeling sporty, such as tennis, volleyball, bocce, and basketball, as well as fields for cricket, football, baseball and soccer. With barbecuing areas and other eateries, Wi-Fi spots, playgrounds and dog-friendly areas, Cunningham Park is the place to be!
