Are you the owner of this place?

This has been a home for more than four hundred dance companies, including international ones, and every year around 150 thousand people come to witness the movement and the energy of their performances.

Residencies, grants, dance education program in public schools of NYC, the Dance Art New York studios providing artists with workshop and practice spaces, plus presentations in others venues besides their Chelsea home, such as Lincoln Center, Brooklyn and Hudson River Park – they're all over.

Its history starts with a movie house of the early 40s, later acquired by Ballet Tech Foundation and renovated by The Joyce Theater, it now breathes New York dance. The 2-year renovation preserved the art-deco façade, there's now a 472 seat theater inside, made for dance.
